Site Supervisor/Project Manager
We are seeking a very experienced and engaging individual who can coordinate all site construction activities and supervise all field personnel as required to successfully complete one (or more) projects on schedule, within budget, and per contractual agreements. The Site Supervisor's principal duty is to properly schedule and supervise the work of the crews, equipment and subcontractors to achieve maximum production in the most efficient manner on a given site. This individual must be organized, customer focused and think outside the box. Each Phi employee MUST be consistently energetic and a team player at all times.
